Nationwide configuration. Reviewed company eligibility.
SettleLift can represent all 50 states and Washington, D.C. That software capability does not decide where a particular debt settlement company may operate. Eligibility must be reviewed for the legal entity, service model and relevant requirements before enrollment.
Review eligibility at the company level.
- Record the legal entity and service scope, including restrictions. Keep the authoritative source and license or exemption evidence reference.
- Identify the reviewer, effective date and earliest review or expiry date. Every jurisdiction begins with review required rather than automatic approval.
- Use the latest company review to gate new enrollment. Expired, restricted and missing reviews fail closed; authorized staff can still inspect historical records.
What stays connected
State treatment is not a simple permanent list of allowed and prohibited places. The product’s controls record a company’s reviewed scope; they are not legal advice, a licensing determination or a completed 51-jurisdiction survey. Production launch also needs reviewed state-specific documents, fee rules and operational policies where applicable. No state has been legally cleared for every potential SettleLift customer.

Does using SettleLift authorize nationwide debt settlement?
No. Software availability and a company’s legal authority are separate. The company must obtain its own qualified review and required authorizations.
