A practical guide for evaluating the intended workflow. SettleLift is in development.
Document the current operation
List offices, staff responsibilities, case stages and the handoffs that need improvement. Include client service, document requests and creditor callbacks alongside intake and negotiation. Decide who will validate each workflow during rollout.
Inventory the data
Count client records, debts, creditor organizations, supporting files, offers and open tasks. Retain source identifiers. Define field mapping and duplicate decisions before importing; reconcile the result against the source inventory.
Define access before invitations
Identify company membership, office structure, assigned cases and the different views for staff, clients and invited creditor representatives. Test access boundaries and private document sharing with separate accounts before real onboarding.
Check each provider independently
Communication, e-signature, accounting and financial services each require authorized configuration. Confirm the sending identity, delivery status, retry handling and disconnection behavior. A saved draft is not a delivered message; a scheduled installment is not a cleared payment.
Rehearse complete cases
Walk through intake, worksheet preparation, creditor routing, offer revision, client review and follow-through. Include mobile use, missing information, cancellations and failed provider actions. Record the evidence and owner of each unresolved item.
Choose the release deliberately
Prepare staff training, company configuration, migration reconciliation and a rollback plan. SettleLift remains in development; hosting this marketing website does not activate a connected CRM. Use the roadmap and implementation discussion to plan the next step.
