The conversation belongs with the case.
A follow-up can begin as a call, continue by email and end with a document request. When those activities live separately, it becomes harder to see who owes the next action. SettleLift is being built around client-linked communication and visible pending work.
From the conversation to the next action.
- Prepare a client-linked email, SMS or fax draft with an editable template. Immediate local autosave helps preserve work while navigating the preview.
- Create appointments with linked tasks and demo alerts. Keep reminders and the assigned case visible, and distinguish an unread notice from a completed follow-up.
- Use the creditor directory to identify the team, phone extension and contact hours before making an authorized call through a future connected provider. Record outcomes against the relevant account.
What stays connected
A draft, an unread alert and a completed follow-up are different things. Keep each status visible beside the case. Phone, SMS, email and fax will require configured company providers and delivery verification before live use.
Current scope & remaining work
What you can explore today.
- Working preview
- Drafts, templates, autosave, calendar-linked tasks, local chat and unread notices.
- Prepared backend
- Atomic lead follow-up records and configuration-blocked delivery outbox.
- Connection work remaining
- Calling, provider delivery, mailbox sync, fax routing and scheduled reminders.
Does saving a draft send the message?
No. The preview stores drafts locally and sends nothing. A future live send must use the configured company identity, delivery status and retry-safe server workflow.
