A simpler view of a complicated journey.
Clients should be able to understand progress, see the exact proposal under review and find the documents deliberately shared with them. Staff still need internal notes and operational context. Those two views should have clear boundaries.
Give clients context without internal clutter.
- Review the program’s recorded stage and the work that remains. Keep the client-facing explanation focused on the next action instead of exposing the entire staff workspace.
- Share selected worksheets and documents deliberately. Generated worksheets preserve their snapshot; later edits to intake do not silently rewrite the version already prepared.
- Present the exact offer revision for review, collect requests and keep messages in context. A future authenticated review must retain evidence of who acted and which terms were presented.
What stays connected
The client view is designed around progress, exact offer revisions and deliberately shared documents. Internal notes and unshared material stay outside that view. Real client sign-in and notifications remain part of the connection work before launch.

Can a client see another client’s record?
The prepared server projection is scoped to the current user’s linked records and deliberately shared material. That design has local isolation tests, but the real service must be certified before inviting consumers.
