Separate recorded activity from verified results.
Managers need to understand case volume, open work and creditor exposure without confusing proposals with outcomes. SettleLift’s reporting starts with the underlying case, debt and offer relationships. Every number should have a clear definition and a route back to the records behind it.
Reports that lead back to the record.
- Review client counts, recorded debt balances, program stages and open tasks. Use the client workspace to inspect the source records and follow up on incomplete work.
- Inspect creditor portfolio aggregates, including account count and recorded offer ratios. Keep exact creditor names distinct until a reviewed organization match exists.
- Export the currently modeled portfolio for review. Before production reporting, reconcile provider evidence and definitions for net payments, reversals, fees and completion.
What stays connected
Open tasks, recorded offers, scheduled installments and verified outcomes should be understandable separately. Follow an exception back to its case and supporting evidence before treating it as a completed result.

No. They are derived from synthetic browser records. Live performance metrics require connected records, agreed definitions and reconciliation with the relevant providers.
