Who is SettleLift being built for?
Debt settlement teams coordinating intake, debt accounts, creditor contacts, offer reviews, client communication and follow-through.
Can I put real client records into it today?
The current application preview is for synthetic data. Live authentication, storage, integrations and production controls still require configuration and verification.
What is SettleLift Connect?
The planned creditor workspace links original creditors, current debt owners and collection agencies to source-reviewed contacts, routing history and case-specific offer exchanges. It is not currently a live creditor network.
Will it support multiple offices?
The planned architecture uses one product project with separate company tenants and access tied to company membership, responsibility and case assignment. Production isolation must be verified before real use.
Is a Spanish interface included?
The website and workspace preview include English and Spanish controls. Names, client notes and authored documents keep their original language.
Does state coverage mean a company may operate in every state?
No. The software is designed to configure all 50 states and Washington, DC. Each company’s eligibility, service scope and supporting evidence need review before enrollment is allowed.
Does SettleLift hold or transfer consumer funds?
The prototype does neither. Funding plans use hypothetical inputs; a scheduled installment or local entry is not proof that a payment cleared.
Are email, calling, fax and e-signature already connected?
These workflows are planned or demonstrated locally. Live delivery and signing depend on configured providers, company authorization and end-to-end verification.
Can existing client data be imported?
Import planning includes column mapping, duplicate review and a preview before records are created. Each source format and production migration needs its own review.
Where are pricing and launch dates?
Commercial pricing and a general availability date have not been published. No paid subscription is activated by this website.
